Meet Loretta Flynn
McLean Mortgage has achieved a position of leadership within the industry by combining experienced leadership, cutting edge technology and a team culture which is dedicated to delivering first-in-class service to the real estate community.
We are not owned by a bank therefore; we are a strong independent lender with the ability to avoid red tape that banking organizations present to their clients and we can choose from a wide-variety of funding choices to deliver a wide range of products at competitive rates.
McLean Mortgage has been honorably recognized as one of the top 10 lenders in the Washington, DC area by the Washington Business Journal and top 70 in the nation by national mortgage journals.
As a veteran Senior Loan Officer, I find true pleasures in life meeting new people and learning where they are on their journey through life. Often times our paths cross at a time of transition and I achieve great fulfillment in the trust that others place in me and the opportunity to encourage them toward their goals.
Loretta is a native of Loudoun County, who graduated from Pennsylvania State University. She has over 22 years in Mortgage Lending and remains strongly committed to her career as she truly enjoys the people it brings into her life. Her business continues to grow because of the relationships she has made.
As a leader in the industry. she has received numerous sales awards for her personal achievements, has been twice named the Greater Piedmont Area Association of Realtors Affiliate of the year, and also honored with the President’s award for outstanding service to the Realtor Association. Additionally, she served on the education committee since its inception and written and taught numerous continuing education classes keeping the association members educated on industry trends and lending guidelines. Loretta believes the core of all success is the combination of character and integrity and the genuine caring for those we work for and with on a daily basis.
Warrenton has been Loretta's home for the last 16 years where I have raised her children, horses and chickens, and established herself as a leader in the local lending market.
